Dengyu is a swimmer, a runner, and a gardener. She believes in a growth mindset in health/wellness, healing/rehabilitation and life. She is enthusiastic about supporting women’s health goals, especially during the perimenopause transition and post menopause phases. Additionally, she also focuses her studies and training on healthcare for older adults - health and independence well into the golden years. Her education in Physical Education, Education, Massage Therapy, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Acupuncture enables her to incorporate manual therapy, acupuncture, cupping, acupressure, hot stone therapy as well as diet, exercise and lifestyle recommendations in treatments. She and her clients work as a team to health/wellness/recovery goals.
